Contract Review Platform

Time Kills Deals.
Legal Shouldn't.

Contract review that works at the speed your deals demand. Breeze reviews contracts against your own playbook — in hours, not weeks. Or let our lawyers handle it for you, for a fraction of the cost of outside counsel.

See Breeze in action

Built by lawyers who've sat on both sides of the table. Powered by AWS. Trusted by commercial teams who can't afford to wait.

Your contracts reviewed against
your rules — automatically.

Breeze is a contract review platform built for lawyers and business executives who review contracts regularly. It doesn't apply generic AI logic. It applies your standards — the positions your company has already decided to hold — to every contract, every time.

Consistent

No more "it depends on which lawyer you ask." Breeze applies your playbook to every contract the same way. Negotiation positions are locked in before the review starts — not invented on the fly.

Fast

Upload a contract and get a structured review back in hours. Not days, not weeks. Hours. So your deals don't stall waiting for legal.

Yours

Before you review your first contract in Breeze, CFS builds you a custom playbook based on your company's risk tolerance and legal positions. You're not using someone else's template. You're using your own standards, at speed.

From playbook to decision in three steps.

Build your playbook

CFS works with you to document your company's positions on the clauses that matter: liability caps, IP ownership, payment terms, termination rights, governing law. This becomes your Breeze playbook — the ruleset applied to every review.

Upload your contract

Drop in any commercial contract — NDA, MSA, SOW, employment agreement. Standard formats (PDF, Word). Breeze reads it against your playbook.

Get your review

Breeze flags every clause that deviates from your positions. You see what's acceptable, what needs negotiation, and what's a hard no — with plain-English explanations for each flag. No legalese. Just decisions.

Built for

  • In-house lawyers who need to review more contracts without hiring more lawyers
  • Business executives and founders who review contracts themselves and want to know what they're signing
  • Legal operations teams who need consistency across a high volume of commercial agreements

Need a lawyer, not a platform?
We've got that too.

Some contracts need a human eye. Or maybe you just don't want to manage a playbook — you want an answer.

CFS's managed contract review service puts our in-house lawyers on your contract. We read it, mark it up, flag the risks, and send you back a clear summary of what you're looking at and what to push back on.

Because we use Breeze internally, we're faster than traditional outside counsel and charge accordingly. You get the same quality of review — without the hourly billing surprises.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround in 2 business days. Rush available — ask us.

What you get back

A marked-up contract with tracked changes, plus a plain-English summary of the key risks and our recommended positions. You'll know exactly what to accept, what to negotiate, and what to reject.

Cost

Flat-fee pricing. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.

Right for you if

  • You don't have in-house legal and can't justify hiring for it yet
  • You're reviewing contracts outside your usual wheelhouse
  • You want a lawyer's sign-off on the review, not just software output
  • You need a fast turnaround and don't have time to learn a new tool

One goal.

Whether you want to run your own reviews or hand them off entirely, the process is designed to be fast and frictionless.

We build your playbook

One call, typically under an hour. We document your standard positions across the contract types you review most — liability, IP, payment, termination, confidentiality. This becomes your Breeze playbook.

You upload your contracts

Log in to Breeze, upload a contract. Standard formats — PDF, Word. No reformatting required.

Breeze reviews it

Breeze reads the contract clause by clause against your playbook. Issues are flagged with a severity level and a plain-English explanation of what the clause says and why it matters.

You act on the output

Accept the clause, counter-propose your standard position, or escalate to legal. The decision is yours — Breeze makes sure you have the right information to make it.

Common questions.
Straight answers.

Breeze is software — you use it yourself. You log in, upload a contract, and Breeze reviews it against your playbook. You stay in control of the review process; Breeze just makes it dramatically faster and more consistent.

The managed review service means our lawyers do the work. You send us the contract, we review it and send you back a marked-up document with a plain-English summary. Think of it as having a contract lawyer on call — without the retainer.

Many clients start with managed review while we build their Breeze playbook, then transition to running Breeze themselves once the playbook is ready.

Once your playbook is built, Breeze reviews a standard commercial contract — an NDA, MSA, or SOW — in hours, not days. The real time savings come from eliminating back-and-forth: Breeze identifies the issues up front so you go into negotiation knowing exactly what to push on.

Breeze is designed for commercial contracts — the ones business teams deal with regularly: NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, software licences, employment agreements, and consulting contracts. If your contract type falls outside this list, ask us — we may be able to configure a playbook for it.

Breeze is not currently designed for highly specialised agreements like M&A transaction documents or complex financing instruments. For those, our managed review service or a specialist firm is the right choice.

A good question, and a real difference. General AI tools like ChatGPT give you generic legal commentary based on what "typical" contracts look like. They don't know your company's risk tolerance, your negotiated positions, or which clauses you're willing to walk away from. Every review is generic, and the output shifts depending on how you phrase the prompt.

Breeze applies your playbook — the specific positions your company has decided to hold — consistently, every time. The output is not a generic risk summary. It's a structured review telling you where this specific contract deviates from your specific standards. That's the difference between a tool that informs and a tool that decides.

Our standard turnaround for most commercial contracts is 2 business days. Rush reviews — for end-of-quarter situations or time-sensitive deals — are available. Contact us to discuss what you're working with and when you need it back.

Yes. Every contract you share with us is treated with the same confidentiality you'd expect from any lawyer-client relationship. Contracts are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not used to train any AI models.

If you have specific data handling requirements, tell us before we start — we'll work within them.

What our clients say.

We had an MSA with a client going into Q4 that had been stuck for three weeks. Richard's team turned around a full redline in two days. We closed the deal before year-end. I don't think we get that without CFS.

I was reviewing a vendor contract I didn't fully understand. CFS walked me through exactly what I was agreeing to, flagged two clauses I would have missed, and told me what to push back on. I countered and they accepted. That call saved me from signing something I'd have regretted.

Built by lawyers.
Designed for speed.

Contract Flow Solutions was founded on a simple frustration: contract review is too slow, too expensive, and too inconsistent — and it costs businesses deals.

We built Breeze because we lived this problem from both sides of the table. As lawyers, we know what a good review looks like. As business people, we know what a slow review costs. Breeze is the tool we wish we'd had.

Our managed review service is an extension of that same thinking: expert legal review, powered by Breeze, at a price that makes sense for businesses that aren't ready to staff a full legal team.
